REGISTRATION FORM
Registering early allows for the Walk Bib bearing your loved one's name to be printed and available for you on walk day.
Early Registration ends: Friday, July 9, 2010.
  
Free MWtRC T-shirts will be given to the first 150 registered walkers to pick up their walk bibs on walk day!  (Adults//Adult sizes only)

On-line Registrations will be accepted through 6:00 PM on Thursday, July 22, 2010.
You can add a picture of
your loved one to the
Walk Bib!  Bring the photo
of your choosing with you
on walk day, and we will
have supplies available
for you to attach the
picture to the walk bib.  A
3" x 5" would probably
work best, but any size will
work.
There is NO
registration fee.
Heart Bears will be available
again this year on the day of
the walk.  There are a limited
amount of bears left over from
last year's 3-year celebration.  
These adorable little white
bears feature assorted heart
designs and a signature red
ribbon.  Come  prepared to
purchase your Heart  Bear as a
2010 Walk to Remember
souvenir for only $3 each!
